Winter Update December 2009

Hello Family! I'm trying to share a video of my Dad (Milton) a couple days before Christmas. I had the opportunity to go down and spend the night with him the night before Christmas Eve. We had a nice time visiting and watching football. We talked a bit of politics... that's always interesting... All the kids went in this year and purchased Dad a new home stereo main system. I took it down and hooked it up Christmas Eve morning. Here is a brief message from Dad on the subject. How I love my Dad, and miss my Mom this year... It was hard. Because I recorded this in HD, not sure that it's going to play... But here he is all the same... I'll have another look at it in the morning...

The past December, at our Ward Party, I was asked if I'd like to play Santa... Well sure I'd be happy to... I've had the opportunity before. So for your viewing pleasure... here are a few photos... My grand-daughter all the while that she was sitting on my lap... kept looking straight into my eyes... I mean really looking... trying to figure out who this Santa really was... A few days later, they came by the house, and Autumn came up to me and said.... Grandpa... you were Santa, weren't you? These little ones are getting smarter and smarter with everyday passing day.

During the holiday's we were able to visit the Festival of the Trees. Rhonda, Jenny, Emma, Emery and I were able to see plenty of beautiful trees. Here are a couple of photos of our visit.
